Is improving your well-being on a daily basis possible? The 3e students have a few answers for you. As part of a project initiated in Sports, they reflected on the notion of “quality of life” and the means at our disposal to improve it on a daily basis. The current health situation requires us to adopt new strategies and change our lifestyle.
